Designed for athletes that are:
1. Looking to up their swimming performance 2. Need a way to swim with little or no access to a pool or lake 3. Want to maintain their swim speed and performance with little time 4. Want to strengthen their body for maximum propulsion through the water 5. May be suffering with shoulder pain and want to learn how to strengthen and stabilize the shoulder

This program will adapt to your individual training needs. 3. 30 exercises with video demonstration. Exercise modifications as needed.
*I'm sharing my 10+ years of swim coaching knowledge, and nearly 30 years of competitive swimming experience in this program. This is not a cookie cutter training plan. These are results driven workouts, specifically designed for swimmers and triathletes.

Coach Cristina Caldwell is an exercise physiologist and a sports nutritionist who is passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals. She has both an undergraduate degree and master's degree in exercise physiology and sports nutrition. She also carries a post graduate diploma from the International Olympic Committee in sports nutrition, and is a certified triathlon and running coach. Cristina swam Division 1 at Miami University, then transitioned to racing Ironman triathlons and other long distance multisport events. Her favorite races include anything with open water swimming and trail running. Cristina is passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals, feel their healthiest, train and race injury free, and perform their best through the right training and sports nutrition. She works with every day age groupers up through elite athletes and Olympians.
