Hi, I'm Coach Cristina

I'm the founder of Fueled Coaching and Nutrition. I'm an exercise physiologist and a sports nutritionist that is passionate about helping endurance athletes achieve their goals through science based nutrition and training. I want you to feel your healthiest, train and race injury free, and perform at your best through the right training and sports nutrition. 

My love of nutrition and endurance sports began after I graduated from college, where I swam Div 1 (butterfly). Unfortunately over the years I had built my identity as a swimmer, and believed that my self worth was defined by not only how fast I was, but how I looked as an athlete. This lead me to an eating disorder and took many years to conquer. When I finally did, I was determined to do what i could to help other athletes not face the same struggles. So everything I do is based in science, and done to counter act the harmful messages we see in society, and from ourselves.  So you don't follow the negative path that I did. You can bet what I teach will help you reach your goals, and will once and for all stop the diet cycles.

Education: I hold both an undergraduate degree and master's degree in exercise physiology and sports nutrition. I also carry a post graduate diploma from the International Olympic Committee in sports nutrition. I'm a certified triathlon, running and swim coach. In addition, to provide women the best guidance possible, I am also a graduate of Stacy Sim's Women Are Not Small Men Course and Menopause for Athletes.

Yes, there are 2 plant based meal plans. You'll also have access to many different recipes that you can still eat and use to fuel. Most of the recipes will be gluten or dairy allergy friendly. If you'd like a true custom plan, just reach out to us here

As one athlete Caroline has said "The recipes are delicious, easy to substitute, and I feel great throughout the day! I am hitting most of my protein every day now and I don't feel hungry during the day, other than when it's time to eat."
