Customized Nutrition for
Triathletes and Runners

A 2 Day workshop providing the exact steps to fuel your Iron distance triathlon or marathon training, plus executing your custom plan on race day.

You're in the final stretch of your training. You've spent countless hours pushing your body through sweat and tears, preparing and dreaming about your race day.

But you haven't been able to dial in your training or race nutrition.  And this worries you.

  • You're feeling tired all the time and it's showing in your workouts. You aren't hitting your targets.
  • Recovering from training isn't happening like it used to. You feel like you're dragging from workout to workout.
  • You've tried several nutrition products during training, but they aren't doing what they promise. Instead of energy, you're feeling heavy, gassy or bloated
  • Overwhelm has taken over. You're trying to figure out what do you eat, how much do you eat, and when.
  • And really, at the end of the day, you have no idea how to ensure the nutrition you're taking in during your race, is going to get you successfully to the finish line, feeling strong!

You've Read the Books, Listened to the Podcasts, Watched the Youtube Videos

Every athlete seems to be recommending different ways to eat and how they fuel their training.

Should you eat high carb, low carb, paleo? Should you eat whole food, and stay away from sugar, or is it ok to eat sports nutrition products like gels?

Let's make this easy!

It's Time to Stop Worrying and Feel Confident in Your Nutrition.

What will you take away from the 2 Day Workshop?
