Instead of getting your master's degree, or reading every book or website on endurance racing and nutrition, all you need is to watch or participate in our live monthly webinars. If you can't make it live, no problem. They are recorded and found within our membership.
These are education, science-based webinars given each month that focus on periodized nutrition and training. Topics will be relevant to the time of the season (the period).
Sample nutrition topics include: Out of season nutrition, fat loss, nutrition for immunity, hydration and race day fueling, nutrition and the menstrual cycle, peri-post menopause nutrition, and more.

Meal plans are a hot topic in sports nutrition. What should I eat, how much should I eat? There is no one size fits all meal plan. What our membership provides is are meal plans that provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, that you can customize to fit your specific needs.
Each month new recipes will be added to our recipe database for you to pull from. There will be every day recipes that you can make for your family, in addition to training and recovery specific meal plans for yourself. Recipes will be both omnivore and plant based.

Yes and no. We will keep our membership open, though to maximize your experience through the Endurance Success Roadmap, joining before your race season is in full swing is ideal. If you happen to join mid season, you will have access to all the previous modules and information that you have missed.
We welcome all athletes and athletes of all abilities. Our focus is on long distance athletes who want to train for marathons, half marathons, ironman and half ironman. But we welcome those that want to race shorter, or longer events. Most of our athletes will not be true beginners (those learning how to swim or learning to ride a bike). If you’ve done sprint tris and want to complete an Ironman, this is for you. If you’ve done 5ks and you would like to run a marathon, this is for you. You’re a 5x IM athlete that wants to get faster, yes, this is for you. You’ve run marathons but a BQ has eluded you, yes, this is for you.

I understand the unique challenges this lifestyle brings. So you can be sure that whatever you're going through I've been there too. I started in endurance sports as a swimmer. I swam up through college swimming Division 1 (butterfly).
Then I transitioned to swimming open water races (I was open water national champion), short and long distance triathlon (including multiple Ironman™) and running races. Trail running is a favorite of mine. For over 15 years I've competed as an athlete, and coached for over 10.
My experience as an athlete means I also know that the pressures of competitive sport can have devastating consequences, when we allow things to get out of balance.
My disappointment at not realizing my olympic swimming aspirations sent me into a dark place battling - and ultimately overcoming - anorexia and bulimia. No. Our membership is more than just a stock plan. It's the best of both worlds. It's the price of a stock plan, with the 1:1 support and camaraderie of 1:1 coaching. You'll receive a 1:1 call with the coach to determine which of our 50+ plans is right for you.

Our plans are crafted in a way so that you'll build your endurance and strength in a periodized progression. This allows for proper recovery and the building of fitness, with less risk of injury and burnout. Also, at the same time you're building your fitness, you'll be focusing on utilizing nutrition and recovery techniques to maximize your improvement.
Training plans are delivered via Training Peaks. You do not need a premium version of Training Peaks, the free basic account is fine. You'll receive a daily email that prompts you of your upcoming workout. The strength plans are created via video and are housed within the membership.
Our team is online, however you do not have to be. Your training plan will emailed to you daily, or you can look at it from a full training plan view. Yes. It's the reality that unfortunately endurance athletes get injured. We strive to prevent this by creating plans that build your strength and endurance in a way that prevents injury. Our plans include strength training and mobility work.
If you do get injured, you'll have access to strength plans and training plans specific for injuries. So you'll be able to keep training while recovering.
Our nutrition programs are geared towards athletes that want balanced , easy to follow and delicious to implement recipes. We do not believe in starving or depriving athletes, in fact we want you to fuel your best, to perform your best. We have plant based and omnivore programs, and while we encourage you to follow along with our team on sports nutrition, it's optional.
You may cancel your membership at at any time, but if you want to rejoin your rate will not carry over. You will rejoin at whatever is the standard current rate at your time of rejoining.
