I'm the founder of Fueled Coaching and Nutrition. I'm an exercise physiologist and a sports nutritionist that is passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals through science based nutrition and training. Definitely not. This is not a diet at all. This is a way of eating that is sustainable for life. Nutrition is meant to be enjoyed and isn't meant to feel like a burden, or that you're depriving yourself or sacrificing. This program teaches you to naturally balance your body, your nutrition and your training.

Everything within the program is delivered digitally. As soon as you buy the program you'll be sent an email with log in instructions. From there you will have access all of the information, meal plans, training plans, etc. 

This program has been designed for those that consider themselves to be athletes that run and cycle.  Many of the athletes that will benefit from this are training at least 5-10 hours a week.  If you are training 10+ hours a week, it's for you too! If you're still running and cycling on a consistent basis, and aren't yet doing 5-10 hours, that's ok. If you're running and cycling 30-60min a few times a week, this will work for you. 

Each recipe is created using foods and ingredients that can be found in your local grocery store or farmers market.
